Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized products, perishable goods, and digital downloads.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@brandviable.com. We will provide instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement item. We cannot guarantee availability of all items for exchanges.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@brandviable.com with details and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement or a full refund where applicable.

Exceptions

  • Gift cards, personalized items, and perishable goods cannot be returned.
  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
